<p>The 52-year-old Musk on Wednesday supported a post on X that made the bogus accusation that Jews were inciting anti-white sentiment. He stated the person who brought up the “Great Replacement” conspiracy theory was expressing “the actual truth.”</p>
<p>Hate organizations often promote the antisemitic conspiracy idea, which holds that Jews want to transfer illegal minority populations into Western countries in order to decrease White majorities in such countries.</p>
<p>White House spokesman Andrew Bates said, “It is unacceptable to repeat the hideous lie behind the most fatal act of antisemitism in American history at any time, let alone one month after the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust.”</p>
<p>“As President Biden stated in honoring the Pittsburgh Synagogue shooting victims several weeks prior, the horrific event on October 7 “has brought to the surface painful memories left by millennia of antisemitism,” and as long as he is president, “we will continue to condemn antisemitism at every turn.”</p>
<p>“We strongly condemn this disgusting propagation of racist and antisemitic hatred, since it goes against our fundamental ideals as Americans. Bates said, “We all have a duty to unite people against hate and to speak out against anyone who violates the dignity of their fellow Americans and jeopardizes our communities’ safety.”</p>
<p>Numerous prestigious American businesses have said that they would no longer be running advertisements on the social media site X in response to Musk’s actions.</p>
<p>NBCUniversal’s Bravo network, Apple, Oracle, and Comcast are a few of the notable ones.</p>
<p>The business released a statement saying, “IBM has zero tolerance for hate speech and discrimination, and we have immediately suspended all advertising on X while we investigate this completely unacceptable situation.”</p>
