<p>In a post on X, Manjhi stated: “comparable employment scams occurred in the state when Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) hired 1.22 lakh individuals for Class 1 to 5 and from 9 to 12. This is comparable to the IRCTC land-for-job fraud that occurred nationwide.</p>
<p>“I want a high-level investigation into the situation since the state government has hired people based on the amount of money they paid for the positions. After accepting government employment and donating money, the hiring process was completed. The young of Bihar have been duped by the state administration.</p>
<p>1.22 lakh applicants successfully cleared the exams after the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) issued a notice for the 1.70 lakh openings for teachers of classes 1 through 5 and 9 through 12. The Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will submit appointment letters to all chosen applicants on November 2 once the candidates’ paperwork has been verified.</p>
