<p>The selection procedure for new applicants will begin on October 24 and end on October 25 once the admissions process for the seventh round is complete. Qualified applicants from Uttar Pradesh and other states will also have the chance to update their selections from round 7. On October 26, when seats for round 8 are allocated, it is anticipated that all candidates’ preferences will be set in stone. Candidates will then be able to finish the online seat freezing process and pay the seat acceptance cost on October 27 and 28. On these occasions, district assistance centers will also conduct document verification.</p>
<p>Candidates who are eligible for the freeze may submit the remaining fee deposit between October 27 and October 29. By October 30, candidates must report to the polytechnic institutes they have been assigned. From October 31 to November 1, accepted candidates may withdraw from a seat.
